Our Ministry efforts exist to serve Anoka County and part of Central Minnesota – including Elk River, we create pathways for people through stabilizing food insecurity, connection in community and sustainable efforts to increase revitalization for all.
In Minnesota, 35% of households are living below what it costs to afford the basics, and for many, that line between stability and crisis is paper-thin. Our ministry bridges the gap. Revitalization is about renewal and restoration which helps community members gain stability while communities gain vibrancy.
Through our growing network of community and retail partners, Minnesota Good Works distributes new products and donations to those in need — from exploitation/trafficking survivors and veterans to individuals and families navigating financial hardship.
We believe that every act of service, big or small, is a reflection of God’s love in action. Whether it’s clothing a family, furnishing an apartment for someone in need, or providing household essentials to someone starting over, our ministry team ensures these goods reach the people who need them most.
